“Are you in emotional pain or confused about your life? Are you looking for a comfortable, intelligent and effective context for help? I have worked for over 30 years practicing individual, couples, and group therapy. Whether you are coming for help with painful relationships, difficulties with depression or anxiety, complex personal issues, I help people to grow and to become unstuck. I have a passion for helping people grow in their lives and to creatively confront new challenges. I also have a vast amount of experience working with the wide range of serious emotional problems that confront us.

My approach is straightforward and practical. My style is conversational, active, personable, humorous, and engaging. People find help relatively quickly from our meetings. With brief therapy expertise, I help people out of crisis quickly. As a group therapy expert, I also offer this important option for personal growth.

I have had wonderful and prestigious teachers from many different orientations so I can be responsive to your needs. My orientation is to be an active collaborative partner in helping you change your life, through drawing on the resources of strengths, untapped abilities and creativity”
