Drawing from psychotherapy, yoga and mind/body medicine, I assist clients in addressing interpersonal, psychologicial or relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, trauma, health challenges, eating disorders, addictions, intimate relationship concerns and other social, emotional, and spiritual difficulties. It is my intention to work with my clients to create a safe relationship from which growth and change are possible.

I offer an integrative approach, as a licensed clinical social worker and Kripalu yoga instructor, with certifications in EMDR (for trauma), heart-centered hypnotherapy, body-based psychotherapy and reiki energy healing. These tools, techniques and teachings are tailored to meet the unique needs, style and comfort of the individual or couple.
