“Do you feel that there's a secret to creating positive and growthful relationships, whether personal or in business, that no one ever told you? Do you find yourself reacting to your spouse, family, friends or colleagues in ways you later regret? We are told that building caring and supportive relationships should come naturally. Yet most people don't know how. Moreover; they are embarrassed to admit it. Well, there's nothing to be embarassed about. I have helped thousands of people create the kind of relationships they want. I can help you!
I have over 30 years' experience in doing psychotherapy, specializing in couples, group and short term individual therapy. I also do long term individual if needed. The focus of the work I do is to help people create the life they want to live.
My approach to helping people with their problems is both proactive and practical. While we can't dismiss the impact of early childhood, it doesn't have to determine the present or future. We can use our personal histories to create new skills and tools for living.”
