“What we think, feel and act upon is quite often incongruent with whom we want others to know us. Lack of congruency causes inner disharmony and lack of peace. We seek to be one entity, yet we seek help to bring the different modes of being to be solidly united. When we cannot do it on our own, we seek assitance. In therapy we journey in that pursuit of self-unity so that we can then move on with the tasks of life such as self-esteem, social integration, sense of productivity and continuity, sexual identity and well-beingness, and spiritual growth.

My work is to promote your pursuit of congurency between mind, body and spirit. My licenses as an LPC, LMFT and LCDC, along with my Registration as a Doctor of Naturopathy, and NCC, Medical Psychotherapists, and Board Certified Chaplain, will offer you that support for self-intgration.

I believe in giving "homework" so that the person finds the factors that will help in the process of self-integration. The homework might be writing, reading, listening to music, relaxaton exercises, dialogue with loved ones, etc.”
