“I am a licensed professional counselor with specialties in Eating Disorders, Addiction Recovery, Relationships, Cancer Recovery, and Spiritual Development. I work from a holistic perspective incorporating cognitive-behavioral, energy psychology, spiritual, and transpersonal principles to help bring clarity to your concerns, and focus on finding solutions that work in your daily life. I offer both individual and group sessions. Additionally, services include an outpatient program for eating disorders, women's spiritual development group, monthly drum circle,and personal development classes & workshops.
Outpatient Group for Eating Disorders: For women who are experiencing difficulties with anorexia, bulimia, obesity, or other types of disordered eating.This program is best suited to the individual who needs professional support, but does not require inpatient care or medical intervention. Groups meet twice a week.
During the past 14 years I have pursued my interest in transpersonal and spiritual practices and their application to personal development and wellness. I combine this knowledge with conventional counseling techniques to provide you with a comprehensive approach to wellness.”

This group explores the inner levels of human consciousness and teaches skills for personal transformation. Drumming, dream work, meditation, and spiritual principles are covered. This is an ongoing group for women who are interested in intuitive and spiritual development.

Fourth Sunday at 4pm - 6pm
Drumming is known to shift consciousness, opening the pathways to higher knowledge that can be used for personal transformation. Drum journeys are unique to each person and allow access to the inner wisdom in each of us. This group is a great way to learn meditation skills, find respite from everyday stress, or experience the transpersonal effects associated with drum journeys. This group is open to anyone who would like to explore the benefits of drumming and meditation.

An outpatient program designed to provide support for women who are experiencing difficulty from anorexia, bulimia, or compulsive eating. This program is best suited for the individual who needs professional support, but who does not require medical intervention. Participants are asked to attend for a minimum of 2 months. Groups meet on Thursday evening from 6:30-9:00pm and Saturday morning from 9:30-Noon. The cost for the 2-month program is $1440. Some Insurances are accepted.
