“I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I am often referred children and adolescents who are involved in the Child Protective System, Foster care, or the Juvenile Justice System. I give parents guidance in helping them to navigate through the courts and their children's schools while offering advice and additional resources. I provide psychotherapy for juveniles who are court ordered for treatment or on probation or parole, sending monthly reports to their court officers. I am available daytime, evening and Saturday hours.

I am a cognitive behavioral therapist. I examine a persons core beliefs in order to uncover negative, distorted, or irrational thinking patterns. Once these destructive thoughts are recognized we are able to modify them to become more positive and healthy.

I use hypnotherapy and/or relaxation techniques to help reduce stress reactions, anxiety, and depression. For those who are desiring a radical change in their life, I offer support and guidance. I practice and encourage regular exercise.”
