“One of the great things about therapy is that you get to talk to this person who isn't going to judge you, and isn't affected by what you do or don't do. And I can be much more objective since I'm not involved. I also bring a lot of experience and education to the table, which gives me a broader perspective. I think YOU have many of your answers within you...you just need a little help finding them. That's where I come in.

I work mostly with the GLBT population (couples & individuals) but welcome all. You won't typically find me telling you what to do and how to do it, because I don't think that works for most. I strive to find the best answers for you, individually.

My mission is to make quality therapy affordable for as many as I can, because I believe everyone deserves the chance to make their life better. My goal is to be real and approachable, and to empower you to find healing in your own way.”
