“It is my aim to provide high quality professional services to a wide variety of clientele, in areas of healthy relationships, reaching one's potential, accomplishing goals and balance in life, whether there are issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, or some other source that is a barrier to living life at its best.

I see my role as that of facilitator, that each client holds his or her own answers and solutions that I assist in finding; how that is accomplished varies. While we each share in the human experience, no two persons are the same or require the same approach.

I believe in finding a unique combination of approaches to fit each unique client who comes to me for services. I draw from major theories such as cognitive/behavioral, humanistic, systems and psychodynamic, and emphasize aspects of culture, gender and societal influences, as well.”
