“Talking is therapeutic, we do it all the time with others and ourselves. Therapy is talking with a Therapist about things that are difficult to share, resolve, or get through alone; stress, uncertainty, pain, loss and change, and crises in relationships. A therapist will listen with sincere interest to hear and understand what you experience, think, and want from life. I believe therapy can offer a safe haven for thinking clearly and reclaiming control over life. My goal is to bring therapeutic skills and strategies to support you to grow, gain abilities and insights, and find balance, confidence, and peace.

The preferred practice method recognizes that regaining quality in living includes finding new ways of thinking, more comfortable emotional and physical feelings, balanced and positive belief in yourself, and ways to live alone and with others that are more gratifying. Methods involve multi-modal treatment, individual, couples and family therapy.

I have worked extensively in all life stages, with youth, adults and the elderly. Helping families and individuals maintain their integrity and health through life changes and stresses of raising children, maintaining relationships, and supporting elders in the end stages of life is my particular interest.”
