“The choice to seek professional help is a courageous decision. Everyone has events in their lives with which they have to cope. Sometimes the coping techniques a person has used in the past don't work so well anymore and they need help finding new ways to deal with those events. Or maybe it is some new change with which they have to learn to deal. My clients and I work together to understand the changes and to develop adaptive coping skills needed to survive the events in their lives.

I am a Licensed Counselor in private practice in San Antonio and Boerne, Texas. I work with adults and adolescents to build confidential and trusting relationships in order to identify and explore feelings and experiences that, even if they happened in childhood, continue to influence how you feel and act.

I have specialized experience working with survivors of sexual assault and adults molested as children.”
