In my practice, this means that it's not all in your head, so it would be foolish of me to only look at your psychology to help you.

Your body has a lot to do with how your mind works! I've found that my clients feel better more quickly when both are addressed. Nutrition and medical history are as important as family history, and together we'll address all of these factors as part of your treatment.
