Together with my husband of 37 years and partner, Bob, we help couples who want to feel closer to one another and deepen their sense of love and appreciation. We use a unique experiential approach which incorporates movement, breath, and awareness of physical sensations. Our clients learn skills and techniques that faciliate lasting personal change in a fast and easy way. We offer couples possibilities to understand destructive dynamics and develop healthy relationship patterns.

We also work as a coaching team with individuals, offering an opportunity to explore relationship stumbling blocks and develop healthy relationship patterns. rnrnWe are available in person or on the telephone. Telephone coaching allows you to learn these life changing skills from your own home or office.
