“I have over 25 years experience encouraging, supporting, and helping adults, adolescents, couples, and families make positive changes and feel better about themselves. Couples in conflict are given new tools to restore their emotional connection while pursuing a total Relationship Makeover. They learn to let go of negative relationship history. By practicing new communication styles they can restore the passion and intimacy. Clients explore and learn new ways to deal with stress, depression, and feelings of hopelessness. Angry defiant adolescents in conflict with parents, teachers, and peers learn the skills to practice self-control and anger management in explosive situations.

My clients are made to feel comfortable as I provide a warm, friendy environment and a genuine interest in their problems. My clients feel safe to share and disclose their deepest emotions.”
