“I am a strength-based Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that we are always on our path. It is my calling to help assist people during their journey of growth while navigating through life's challenges. I offer services for any presenting issues and/or challenges in life from a holistic, spiritual approach. My focus is to release the SOURCE of the problem in order to decrease symptoms and resolve the presenting issue. In addition, I am also a Minnesota Board Approved and AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and provide individual and group supervision from an intuitive approach to MFT therapists.

I have an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, and a Masters Degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy from the Alfred Adler Graduate School. Prior to entering private practice, I spent several years working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families in an agency setting.

My specialty is intuitive therapy/soul guidance for individuals and couples. I utilize intuitive abilities in sessions to assist in the healing process, and to help find the answers that lie within. I also specialize in life themes and patterns, anxiety, depression, self-care, relationship issues and grief & loss.”
