“As a psychotherapist practicing in Milwaukee for over twenty years, I believe that the success of treatment depends largely on the level of comfort and understanding between the therapist and their client. During the initial meeting we talk together about your concerns, so that goals in treatment can be mutually established. I specialize in treating people with depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, school/job stress, grief/loss issues, adjustment disorders, and abuse. Scheduling an appointment is simple, either call or email me and I will personally respond to each call! All treatment is strictly confidential.

My methods of practice are always dependent on your unique needs. These may include cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic approaches. I provide individual, couple, and group psychotherapy.
