“With over 25 years experience in psychology, Dr. Lipman provides individual, marriage, and couples therapy. He has served as a professor at Georgetown University, has held positions at Yale Psychiatric Institute and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, is licensed in both Washington, D.C. & Maryland, & has served as Expert Psychology consultant for the Washington Post, CNN, BBC, NBC, & the L.A. Times among other publications. Specialties: Relationship Problems, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, & Life/Work transitions. He also helps attorneys with work & relationship issues, & was also awarded the J.D. from Georgetown Law.

Dr. Lipman uses cognitive behavioral & dynamic approaches to bring about genuine understanding & real change; he has taught and lectured on his work nationally & internationally.
